Sonja Crosby has been a professional actor for 20 years. Her most recent credits include the feature film “Demoted” with Sean Astin and Micheal Vartan, the made for television movie “Prayers for Bobby” starring Sigorney Weaver, and a long running ad campaign with On Star.
These accomplishments, added to the many national, regional, and local television & radio commercials, plus countless industrial training films reflect Sonja’s diverse talents.
Sonja continuously takes workshops and coaching to perfect her skills. She also helps new talent enter the business with professionalism and realistic expectations about what this market can offer with the right hard work and dedication.
Sonja’s proudest project, to date, is “Do It Yourself, Girl!”, a home improvement television show designed to empower women with the knowledge of home maintenance and improvement techniques. The four minute demo she produced and wrote, is currently being considered by HGTV.
Sonja lives in Suburban Detroit with her husband Mark of ten years.
Sonna Johns is a Detroit native and she has been a SAG/AFTRA member for seventeen years. She began her career doing the Auto Shows and as a training facilitator for GM and GMAC mortgage. She quickly moved into Film and Radio for TV commercials, industrials, and voice-overs. In addition to her acting, Sonna has an extensive history in print work.
Sonna has just finished being the exclusive Television spokesperson for Comcast in the Midwest region. On camera, Sonna combining beauty and grace with wisdom intelligence, becoming a trusted voice for Comcast and a local celebrity.
Some of Sonna’s film experience includes national commercial for Ford, Chrysler and Volkswagen. One of her commercials for Ford is currently running as well as local commercials for Health Alliance Plan and The Detroit Free Press.
